‘Myeong Tae’ has both many names and many uses.This project borrows from that lineage. It is a symbolof luck and good fortune. With this attitude we borrowthe motif of the hanging Myeong Tae and to carry that heritage forward.‘Good Luck Fish’ is a 3D designed and printed Myeong Tae.It contains the humorous meaning of our ancestors and form of the hanging Myeong Tae decoration.We have interpreted this symbol in a contemporary waythrough modern tools and techniques. Using a new finish and smaller size, a magnet has been placed so the hanging Myeong Tae symbol can be applied anywhere.This product can be presented at house warming,opening ceremonies, entrance exam wishes, and other well wishing scenarios to convey the heart of the giver.
